Shiatsu - Based upon traditional Chinese medicine, this massage is an invitation to re-energize. The body, spirit and soul will be soothed as the circulation of vital energy or “QI” is re-balanced. This is done through pressure and stretching mostly applied by fingers, palm of the hand and the elbows. Loose-fitting clothing is recommended.
